💡 Network Engineer Note:
127.0.0.0/8 block is reserved for Loopback (local device testing), 169.254.0.0/16 block is reserved for the APIPA address automatically assigned by devices that cannot obtain IP from the DHCP server. Avoid defining these blocks on your local interfaces when designing a network.
